The following information refers to the processing of personal data carried out through this website (“Site”) and in the context of the legal services connected to it.

The data controller of the Site’s users personal data is Favorit S.p.A. (from now “Favorit” or “Owner”), with its headquarter in Piazza Don Mapelli, 1 – 20099 Sesto San Giovanni, Milan (Italy).

Unregistered and unauthenticated users

Networking the Site is free and anonymous, because the site uses the IP anonymization function, which prevents acquiring IP addresses from users. The Site uses cookies as indicated in the Cookie Policy.

Registered users

You can register on the Site to receive our Newsletter or to create a Reserved Area. For this purpose it is necessary to provide name, surname and email.

“Contact us” section

You can send requests to Favorit about our products, or request any commercial information by sending a message through the “Contact Us” section on the Site. To do this, you must provide your name, surname and email address.

Mandatory or non-binding of data communication

The provision of the requested information – depending on the case – for registration to the Newsletter, the creation of the Reserved Area or the sending of an information request is entirely voluntary. In the absence of such information, however, Favorit will not be able to meet the user’s request.

Purpose and legal basis

1. Free services. In case of simple navigation of the Site, Favorit will process the personal data as indicated in the Cookie Policy.
2. Services that require registration. Personal data will be processed in order to satisfy the user’s request and to manage the related services.
   The required processing of the data for the functions and services indicated above is justified by the user’s consent, which can be revoked at any time.

Subjects that can access to personal data

The required data for registration will be accessible only to authorized Favorit personnel and, when appropriate, to the parties providing the hosting services.

All external parties different from Favorit personnel, who have access to the data, are appointed responsible pursuant to art. 28 of the GDPR or act as system administrators.

Transfer of personal data

Under no circumstances user’s personal data will be transferred outside the European Union.

Period of conservation

The personal data of registered users will be kept for the entire period in which the user will use the activated service. If the user revokes his consent to the processing of such data, canceling himself from the service, his personal data will be deleted within one month from the request.

Rights of the interested parties

Each user can exercise the rights provided by the GDPR that are: (i) the right to access the personal data and information such as: the purpose of processing and the type of data held (art. 15 GDPR); (ii) the right to obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data or the integration of incomplete ones (art. 16 GDPR); (iii) the right to cancel personal data if subsists one of the reasons expected by art. 17 of the GDPR; (iv) the right to treatment limitation, that is the right to obtain the marking of personal data kept with the aim of limiting its processing in the future (art. 18 GDPR); (v) the right to data portability (art. 20 GDPR); (vi) the right to propose a complaint to the Control Authority, if the provisions of the GDPR and in general of the data protection legislation have been violated; (vii) where the processing of data is justified by your consent, the right to revoke it at any time, for any future processing.
